Withdrawal/Tuition Refund Policy & Form

Each case of student withdrawal is unique; please call the School Office to speak with a school administrator. Please note: The official date of withdrawal will be determined when the parent or guardian completes the online withdrawal form. CCS cannot give cum files to the student or parents. A file transfer request form must be completed by the parent before cum files will be sent to the new school.

CCS operating expenses do not decrease upon the departure of a student during the course of the school year. We trust that by paying the non-refundable enrollment fee, parents are making a commitment for the entire school year. CCS makes year-long commitments to staff and other contractors based on enrollment numbers. In the event of a withdrawal, we require full tuition through the student’s final enrollment day (calculated on a daily basis). If a student receives financial aid it will be re-calculated to a daily rate. The official date of withdrawal will be determined when the parent or guardian completes the online withdrawal form.
